Update: Friday, October 2nd

We are pleased to announce that St. Matthias’ will resume the celebration of the Saturday 5:00 pm Mass inside the Church beginning this weekend, Saturday, October 3rd at 5:00 pm. 

The Sunday 9:30 am Mass will continue to be celebrated outdoors behind the Rectory carport.

Update: Sunday, September 27th

Last week, San Mateo County moved into the “red” level on the state COVID monitoring system which means that we are now able to resume Masses indoors with 25% capacity or up to 100 people whichever is less. Our Prayer and Worship Commission will be meeting later this week to discuss our Mass schedule, but tentatively, our schedule will be: Saturday 5:00 pm Mass (in the Church) and Sunday 9:30 am Mass (outdoors).

Update: Sunday, September 13th

We will have Mass outdoors this morning at 9:30 am despite the poor air quality. Parishioners who are sensitive to pollutants are urged to stay home and join us via livestream on our YouTube channel. Mass will be no longer than 40 minutes. There will be no singing by our music ministers.
