Welcome to St. Matthias
St. Matthias is a Roman Catholic community in the Archdiocese of San Francisco striving to respond to the call of Jesus through worship and sacraments, faith formation, service, and social opportunities.


On the second "full" weekend of each month, St. Matthias has Welcome Weekend after both masses. Those who are attending for the first time or visiting parishioners are welcomed by the parish and are given a special blessing. Following the 5:00pm mass on Saturdays, appetizers are served, and a movie about a saint is shown. People are invited to bring a dish to share. On Sundays after the 9:45am mass, hospitality includes donuts, coffee, and juice in Fr. Lacey Hall.
